I enjoyed my experience today in Jerusalem as I visited the garden tomb and the friends of Zion museum. At the garden tomb, we learnt the history behind where certain structures get their names from, such as Golgotha (place of the skull). I visited the place that is most likely to be Jesus’ tomb.<\/p>\n
Being able to visit such places makes the bible come alive and creates a sense of closeness with the events that took place there.
