You are here: Home / Prayer Fuel / Khadijah, Mohammed’s First Wife

August 23, 2010 By Clint Scott Leave a Comment

Khadijah, Mohammed’s First Wife

While Muhammad was married to Khadijah, he took no other wives because of his love for her. She was equally devoted to him. When he received his first revelations, she played an important role in convincing him that he was becoming a prophet. She even used her wealth to help promote Islam, to the point of being persecuted for her support of her husband.

Khadijah was the mother of Fatima (born in AD 605), who was the mother of Hussein and Hassan through Ali. The dates of Khadijah’s birth and death are not clear but it is probable that she was born in AD 555 and she probably died in AD 619. It is believed by some that her death partly motivated Mohammed to move to Medina. She was considered one of four perfect women.

Interesting Note: It is worth noting that according to the late ex Jesuit Priest Dr Alberto Reviera, Khalidjah was a deep plant from the Vatican used to mould and shape Isalm through helping to interpret the demonic revelations of Mohammed from the caves (he first said he knew not whether the visions were demonic or divine, she convinced him of the later). Under vatican control she also helped finance Islam in it’s early days and ensured that their version of scriptures maintained a respect for Mary and Jesus while at the same times promoting anti Jewish sentiment. All of this was the Vatican’s attempt to destroy the Jews and move the Vatican to Jerusalem instead of Rome (because of St Peters grave etc)… of course this backfired when Islam, empowered by demonic forces swept across the Sinai Peninsula and took over the entire arab world, and eventually North Afica, much of Asia and parts of europe.

This has of course all been covered up and denied but it is common knowledge that she helped interpret the visions (Mohammed was illiterate) and financed the movement.

Prayer Starters:

  • Around the world literally hundreds of thousands, even possibly well over a million, Muslim women are named Khadijah. Many of them know very little about the wife of Mohammed or her positive example in many aspects of life.
  • Pray for the living Khadijahs that they will discover the Messiah through friends, radio, literature, television and other media.
  • Pray for those among your acquaintances, or who live in your area, that they may discover and apply the traits of a virtuous wife described in Proverbs 31 and come to know the purity which is from the Messiah.

Video Prayer / Faith Fuel:

1. Nadereh Testimony

2. Persecuted Church

From August 9th – September 9th 2010 Worldwide Mission Fellowship will be praying that Muslims around the world going through Ramadan will turn to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, this is in conjunction with similar prayer strategies around the world supported by Open Doors and 30 days of Prayer. Our ultimate prayer is for their salvation. The site will be updated daily at 05:45 GMT to coincide with our early morning prayer meeting so you can join us in prayer wherever you are.
