Isaiah 54-55; Proverbs 29:14-27; Matthew 26:17-35

Isaiah 54

Isaiah 54:4-7 Lord Almighty, my Redeemer, thank You for the many times You have called me back from wondering and have received me with love and compassion.

Isaiah 54:14 Our Father, so many live in terror in the world today, I pray for them. I pray for peace. I pray for Your Kingdom of righteousness to come.

Isaiah 55

Isaiah 55:1-2 Thank You Lord for the invitation to come a drink, anyone who is thirsty. I am thirsty for more of You God. Thank you because You have paid the price, I can drink freely. Father, feed me and nourish my soul with good, spiritual food, so that I will be more in tune with You.

Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek the Lord’s abundant pardon for any un-confessed sin in your life. Be open and honest and receive his cleansing.

Isaiah 55:11 Father God, please let Your Word produce abundant fruit in me and accomplish all You want it to accomplish.

Proverbs 29:14-27

Proverbs 29:18 Lord God, make me quick to accept Your guidance and carful to obey Your Word.

Proverbs 29:25 Lord, save me from the trap of worrying about people and what they think; help me to put my trust completely in You.

Matthew 26:17-35

Matthew 26:22-35 Lord Jesus, the thought of betraying or denying You fills me with distress just as it did Your disciples. I ask You to fill me with power in the Holy Spirit to stay true to You always.

Matthew 26:26-28 Lord, I thank You for the privilege of being able to partake of the Lord’s Supper, and the memory of Christ’s sacrifice that it signifies. Help us Lord never to eat or drink it unworthily.
